If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, or panic attacks, my desire is to connect on a deep level through individual therapy to help you identify and change negative emotions. If you have experienced a disappointing and traumatic life event, you might feel stuck and unable to move past your reactions to those painful circumstances. Being able to walk alongside you on a path towards inner healing and wellness is an honor for me as a therapist. Together we can find the peace of mind we all long for.
